Grigori Stephanovich Vasetski,
a Russian Postwar & Contemporary painter, was born in 1928 in Poltava Region, Ukraine.
In 1955 he graduated from Kiev Art Institute.
In 1960, he became a member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists,
and an Honoured Artist of the Ukraine in 1979.
Vasetski has been a member of Ukrainian Academy of art since 2006.
His works have been widely exhibited, both in Russia and in the West.
Vasetski's paintings are in the collection of the National Art Museum (Kiev)
as well as private art collections in Germany, UK, France and the United States.
In London, his art has been represented by the leading galleries of Roy Miles, and Paul Hawkins.
