Regency Style Mahogany Library Steps, England, Early 20th Century 

 

The graceful and compact stairs having two steps
sided by slender cylindrical front and rear uprights
connected by block and turn joins to a diagonal slender handrail
and surmounted by turned finials;
the two steps further supported by a central block and turned short upright,
and lower joined square stretcher;
supported on four toupie feet; lovely color and patina

 

Condition : Excellent with wear appropriate to age and usage

 

60" High x 22" Wide x 21" Deep
