"HASH SPOONS", and "BASTING SPOONS"
Above are shown a "hash spoon", for meat and potatoes, and a very large "basting spoon". When showing single spoons, it is very difficult to communicate the sizes and mass. This basting spoon is even a very large example.
Hash spoons are longer than basting spoons, and made for a mixture of meat and potatoes. Basting spoons (we often refer to them in America as "stuffing spoons", but that is not the British term) are made for serving sauces from platters, and often other foods that might accompany them.
