accented with flora, the rim with rococo iron trellis diapering in the rococo manner
The "Valentine" Pattern is dedicated to love and was originally given to Commodore Ansen on his circumnavigation of the world
in 1743. The Chinese continued to make variants of the pattern until the mid 1750's
Condition: excellent; one minor nick to saucer on the rim verso, not visible from the front
