Qianlong Porcelain Miniature Figure of a Chinese Boy, 1 5/8" High

Amazing even in its existence, of doll-house size, modeled as a young boy seated upon a mound base,

his long-fingered hand, resting upon his knees, his feet also with very long curving toes

his ears and the base heightened in underglaze-blue

Provenance: Garry Atkins, London.

Several chips to glaze, as shown in image; no repairs; bearing collector's mark verso 5138?
